Marco Piperno studied guitar under the guidance of Bruno Battisti D’Amario at the Music Conservatory Santa Cecilia in Rome, graduating at age 17. After completing a two-year Master course with Nando Di Modugno at the Conservatory of Music N. Piccini in Bari in 2014, he attended several courses by Oscar Ghiglia at the “Accademia Musicale Chigiana” in Siena and studied with Paolo Pegoraro and Adriano Del Sal at the Segovia Guitar Academy in Pordenone. He also attended numerous masterclass by Alirio Diaz, Roland Dyens, Carlo Marchione, Zoran Dukic, Judicael Perroy, and others. From a young age, he has been performing solo concerts at the most prestigious guitar and music festivals in Italy and Europe. He has been awarded first prizes at numerous guitar competitions, such as the Competition Giulio Rospigliosi, Italy (2014), the International Competition Comarca el Condado, Spain, the International Competition Borguitar Festival, Italy, the International Guitar Competition Esteban Daza Valladolid, Spain, and many more.
